Britney Spears Hits Back at The Osbournes

Well, no one expected a mini-beef between the Osbourne family and Britney Spears to be on their 2024 bingo card, but here we are!

Earlier this week, during an episode of “The Osbournes Podcast”, Ozzy Osbourne criticised Spears for her social media videos, particularly the ones showing the “Toxic” singer dancing.

“I’m fed up of [sic] seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube,” the 75-year-old musician grumbled to his wife Sharon and their children, Kelly and Jack, who seemed to agree with his comments. “Every f***ing day. It’s sad, very, very sad.”

In a lengthy statement posted on Wednesday, 17 July, Spears hit back at the Osbourne clan’s criticisms while also expressing her support for 50-year-old actress Kate Beckinsale, who has faced backlash for sharing similar content online.

“I know what it’s like to be judged,” the 42-year-old singer wrote, “but I think it’s important to HELP EACH OTHER and invite each other to places that help our souls grow!!! [sic] … I’m gonna do a photoshoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family, who is the most boring family known to mankind, to kindly f*** off.”

The Osbournes have yet to respond to Spears’ statement.
